Where does BIRCH+BEAUTY ship?

We ship across Canada from our Toronto facility. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and tracking is provided for every shipment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

What is your return policy?

If something isn't right with your order, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Full terms are in our Returns Policy.

Are your products plant-based?

Yes — our range is built on botanical extracts and plant-derived actives. Each product page lists its full ingredients under the Ingredients tab.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Interac e-Transfer at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Log in to your account and open My Orders, or use the Tracking page under your account menu. You'll also receive tracking by email when your order ships.

How do I reach support?
