Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
BIRCH+BEAUTY ships nationwide from via Canada Post, Purolator. Where a destination cannot lawfully be served, the order is cancelled and refunded in full before dispatch.
2. Costs and free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight and shown before you pay. Orders over $135 ship free. No hidden handling fees — the checkout price is the final price.
3. Processing times
Orders placed before our daily cutoff are typically picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within one business day (). Orders requiring verification may take longer; we notify you when that happens.
4. Delivery estimates and tracking
Carrier delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation, which includes a live tracking link for every parcel. Estimates are provided in good faith; carriers occasionally run late, and section 7 covers what we do when they do.
5. Packaging
Every order ships in plain, discreet, tamper-evident packaging with no external reference to the contents or store name beyond what the carrier requires.
6. Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout — it prints exactly as entered. If you spot an error, contact us immediately; we can correct addresses up to carrier handoff. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error are refunded less outbound shipping, or reshipped at cost, your choice.
7. Delayed, lost, or misdelivered parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived within 24 hours, contact support@birchandbeauty.com with your order number. We open a carrier investigation on every report and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, reship or refund in full — you are never left carrying the carrier's failure.
