Refund & Returns Policy
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (the date tracking shows the parcel delivered). Requests outside the window are considered case-by-case but are not guaranteed.
2. What can be returned
Items that are unused, unopened, with seals intact, and in original packaging. Keep your order number — it is all we need to locate the purchase; no printed receipt required.
3. What cannot be returned
For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards and clearly marked final-sale items are non-returnable. Nothing in this section limits your rights for faulty goods under section 4 or applicable consumer law.
4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace or refund in full, including shipping, and in most cases no return shipment is required. This is our promise regardless of the standard return window.
5. How to start a return
Email support@birchandbeauty.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We reply with return authorization and the return address within one business day. Unauthorized returns can be delayed or refused, so please wait for the authorization.
6. Inspection and refund timing
Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue the refund within 5 business days of approval. You receive an email at each step: received, approved, refunded.
7. Refund method and store credit
Refunds go to the original payment method (). If the original method is unavailable, or if you prefer, we issue store credit — which never expires.
8. Exchanges
The fastest exchange is a return for refund plus a new order. Where stock allows, we can hold the replacement while your return travels — just ask when you request the return.
9. Late or missing refunds
Banks and card issuers can take 5–10 business days to post a refund after we issue it. If it has been longer, contact your issuer first, then us — we will provide the refund reference (ARN) so your bank can trace it.
